The Milton District High School competitive curling team headed to OFSAA in North Bay at the end of March. The team includes coach: Marjean Szura, skip: Hannah Anderson, vice: Katie Coveny, seconds: Maddie Robson and Hillary Ford, and lead: Kenzie Taylor, as well as Megan Evans. The girls had an amazing experience at OFSAA playing teams from all over the province. The team learned lots of new techniques throughout the season and at OFSAA. Over the week they created many new friendships with the other athletes on the teams they played against. This was an amazing experience for these students – one they will never forget for the rest of their lives. The team next year will be missing graduating students Kenzie Taylor and Maddie Robson, but are hoping some new members can join the team. Congratulations to all your success and good luck in coming years.
