Milton District held this year’s North Halton GSA Conference this week. The conference is set up as a safe space where kids – elementary and high school – can come together in a safe space and learn more about themselves and other people. They attended workshops, listened to live performances and made new, long lasting friendships.

Erin Walsh, one of the supporters who came out to help, had a few words to say:

“Incredible energy today at the #IAmConference hosted by MDHS! Overheard a student comment “I’ve never felt this much PRIDE in one space before”. Amazing work by Robbie Stenekes and all students and staff involved.“
