BY THEA RICHINSON

Coming out once can be hard enough on anyone, but for Jo, having to go back into the closet for the sake of other people is even harder. This book shows how being religious and queer can coexist, and how being true to yourself is what’s most important. For both a religious and queer person, I feel like this is an important book for me as a reminder to be myself and love both parts of me, religious and queer, because they aren’t opposites. Representation is important to help people feel validated and this book is a blessing.
