This year the junior boy’s football team had a fantastic season and made it to the championships!
On Tuesday, November 7th at McMaster University, the football championships were held between Milton District High School and Garth Webb Secondary School. A fan bus, full of students ready to cheer on fellow Mustangs, traveled to McMaster University to witness the football game.
Many students were sitting on the edge of their seats for the duration of the game, especially when the two schools were tied 30-30 and were forced to go into overtime. The Mustangs brought their A game. Logan Girodat and Marty Ford rushed 105 yards each. Brody English threw 150 yards in total as well as three touchdown passes.

Though Garth Webb did win the game, Mustangs have no doubt that the 2018 football team will return to the championships and claim a victory! Congratulations to the Milton District football team for having such a great season!
