It’s time for the holiday food drive! The food drive is a chance for students at Milton District High School to donate food to Milton families in need. The class that raises the highest amount of food wins a free breakfast. This always makes for a heated battle between classes resulting in a huge amount of food being donated.

As of Tuesday December 12th, Mr. C. Jones’s class is in the lead with 2.5 lbs being donated per person. In a close second is Ms. Di Clemente’s class with 1.8 lbs donated per person. As of right now the school has donated 350 lbs of food altogether, which is far short of our goal.

But not to worry! The last day of weighing in food is December 15th so there is still plenty of time to donate more food and help families in need. Let’ go Mustangs!
