Yoga!

MDHS now has yoga! Students can join yoga sessions on Wednesdays period 3 and Thursdays after school! The meetings are held in the fitness room. This is an all inclusive club, and there are plenty of yoga mats, so join the team! Another bonus is that the meetings are about 30 minutes long, which doesn’t take up a lot of the student’s time.

Exams are right around the corner, and some classes have already started on summatives. Yoga is a opportunity to give some time to yourself and take care of your health!
