Milton will have its Fourth Annual Go21 Halton Walk for Down Syndrome event on Saturday, 16 June, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Milton Fairgrounds (136 Robert St. Milton). Go21 is organized by the Halton Down Syndrome Association, which is all about “Improving the quality of life of individuals with Down syndrome”. Go21 was launched by the Canadian Down Syndrome Society (CDSS) in 2014. Find more information on Go21 here.
Go21 is a great volunteering opportunity for everybody; this can be an awesome way to earn community service hours! If you can’t volunteer, no need to worry! There are more ways to get involved: send donations or become a sponsor. All you have to do is click on the “get involved” tab on the Go21 website!
