On Friday, May 4th, the grade 12 graduating class had its grad breakfast during period 1 in the cafeteria. The attendees were served pancakes, juice, pastries, fruits, and hashbrowns – a lot of delicious foods to start off the day!
But this wasn’t the only exciting thing about the breakfast. The most fun part of this event were the speeches from the valedictorian nominees: Ella, J.J., Muqtasid, Steven, and Cassidy. All the nominees gave amazing speeches; it was really hard to vote for just one person!
Overall, the grad breakfast was a really positive and relaxed event where graduating students got to sit with their friends and eat great food. This breakfast proved how fun commencement will be!
