On March 26, 1965, MD’s Grade 11 and 12 students visited Milton District Hospital to take part in a Career Day. They enjoyed a tour of the hospital and were able to have conversations with those working at the 10 departments, including doctors, administrators, nurse supervisors, lab technicians, x-ray technicians, and dieticians. The students also got the chance to ride on a physiotherapy bike, examine specimens using microscopes, and view their hands under a fluoroscope. Here’s more from the trip below:
