Q: What is the club about?
A: Yoga Club is designed to help students always feel mentally refreshed and calm. Yoga comes with numerous physical and mental benefits and is proven to help students academically as well. Since yoga forces you to slow down, you become calm, offering yourself a nice break from your stressful school life. Yoga helps you zen out and by joining the club, you’ll be able to learn different breathing techniques that can help with anxiety.

A: Everyone! It’s also a good idea to bring your own mat.

A: Tuesday mornings at 7 a.m. and Thursday during Period 4 in the active room.
