The Gaming Club has been a huge success with its after- school meetings every Wednesday and Thursday. There are more than enough members to have a great time, but new members are always welcome. The gaming club includes lots of variety within games and genres, titles including Borderlands 2, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Roblox, Fortnite, Elden Rings and much much more!

Super Smash Bros. Tournaments at MD

The student gamers of MDHS and the legendary Mr. Arseneau have been competing against each other in weekly tournaments of the popular video game Super Smash Brothers Melee. The one to win against him will acquire a very valuable prize. Only one suitor has ever come. He awaits a worthy opponent, so get those controllers ready! 

Modded Super Smash Brothers. at MD

Two fellow students have been bringing a hacked Nintendo Switch from home. They have installed an incredible amount of mods that help make the game more fun. Whether it’s by adding Family Guy members or even Danny DeVito, nothing is too far for this duo. They even take requests from other students for mod ideas and put them in a game for next week’s gameplay!

Board Game Club

Board Game Club is also a very popular club for students. The various games that people play include chess, checkers, Magic The Gathering, Scrabble, Miltonopoly and many more! Students are also playing competitive chess tournaments! Mr. Arseneau’s legacy carries on beyond Video Game Club awaiting for a worthy opponent, do you think you have what it takes?
