Sydney Crowe

Scene and Herd is catching up with past graduates to see where they are now. Sydney Crowe was a past member of our improv team and filled in as coach last year after Ms. Graham’s accident. Here’s where Sydney is now:

I took a year off between graduating high school and university, and it was a year full of self-work and growth that let me come into university feeling prepared and happy with the goals I’d set for my first year. Taking a year off was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.

That being said – now that I am settled into classes I cannot say enough how wonderful it is to be back in an educational environment. I’ve missed it.

Currently I’m studying Humanities at the University of Toronto as well as being a part of the new One: Learning Without Borders program. I’m playing varsity soccer and while it’s a little stressful finding a balance between everything, there’s no question that I’m back in my element and excited about all the opportunities and situations that this year has already presented me and will continue to.
