On the first Wednesday of every November, National Stress Awareness Day is commemorated to raise awareness for stress prevention. Stress Awareness Day gives everyone the opportunity to reflect on themselves and break down stress factors in their lives.
Stress Awareness Day was originally established by the International Stress Management Association. Their goal was to provide information on stress and create strategies to address it in both individuals and businesses.
Failure with dealing with stress can lead to health problems, including high blood pressure, decline in your immune system, and make you more vulnerable to heart disease.
To reduce stress in your life, examine the factors in your life that make you stressful and find ways to remove them or lessen the stressful impacts that have on you.
Dealing with stress can be extremely difficult, but it’s important to make sure that you are always taking care of yourself.
